Welcome to the Highland Village Development!

Highland Village is located in a terrific area close to Route 19 with easy access to I-79, I-279 and the Pennsylvania Turnpike. It is situated in Butler County, Cranberry Township , the fastest growing community in Western Pennsylvania. Although Highland Village will offer some private recreational areas of its own, North Park  and Moraine State Park  with boating, hiking, camping, ice skating and golfing, are not far away. For your shopping convenience the Cranberry Mall, Ross Park Mall , Grove City Outlets  and many other local shopping areas are nearby.

The planning and development of Highland Village began in 1989. The first homeowners moved into their beautiful homes in 1990. The developer chose builders who would not only accommodate your wants and needs, but who would also preserve the beauty of the plan. Restrictive covenants have been imposed upon each builder to assure every owner the preservation of their property value. Many architectural styles including traditional, tudor, contemporary and colonial, can be found throughout the plan. Many homes include whirlpool baths, skylights, island kitchens, cathedral and tray ceilings, gas fireplaces and three car garages are just some of the personal touches that can be found in the homes of Highland Village.

Highland Village will offer you a very friendly, safe place to live with all the advantages of being near a larger city.

Cranberry Township is served by the Seneca Valley School District  which offers up-to-date curriculum and teachers who are well-educated and ready to meet the needs of all children. There are also many universities and colleges within 50 miles of Cranberry. Numerous hospitals and medical centers can be found locally as well as the larger hospitals which are in nearby Pittsburgh. In addition to the excellent educational institutions, modern hospitals and recreational opportunities, Pittsburgh boasts a world-class, international airport. The Pittsburgh area is very proud of its cultural activities and its successes in professional sports. The Steelers , Pirates  and Penguins  have made the city known as the "City of Champions". The Gateway Clipper  and Carnegie Science Center  and make Pittsburgh a truly unique place to live and work.
